With reference to the Driver Licence card renewal, it might be an idea to get E-Natis to answer why they make this application so difficult. There is no place to pre-book your appointment. It assumes you want to do it on the day but never have a time available. Can this not be followed up

Hi John, greetings from Tipperary, tried to contact you, when I was down for the rugby in June, I was very disappointed, whilst leaving Ellis park, after the match, I had a plastic drink container thrown at me, I had an Irish supporter hat on, my friend springbok cap, and I was wearing a shoulder sling at the time, a another woman kept saying , are you OK, other fans as shocked as me, maybe my springbok support will dwindle in the future, I did realise they were not happy the majority, of the supporters, at half time, with their team, they poor loosers, but the picked up their game and won.
