Why is the picture out of sinc with the speaking? Isn't there something that can be done about that? It has gone on for months, and I believe it is true on every program, although my favorite is "Law and Order"

4/2/13. Please correct the "technical difficulties" that were present this morning during the broadcast of The Shepherd's Chapel. You will lose my household as part of your viewing audience if this persists. Note: the Les Feldick program(which I am NOT a viewer of) aired after with NO problems. T see more... here have been other recent errors on your part where The Shepherd's Chapel was pre-empted, when it wasn't supposed to be.
